Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms apply to Tourazi at tourazi.com, operated by OBIC Tech Pvt Ltd. By using Tourazi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Tourazi provides
Tourazi helps travellers and travel businesses plan trips, exchange quotations, coordinate bookings, maintain trip and payment records, and use available tracking features. Travel services are provided by the agency, hotel, driver or other supplier identified in the relevant booking. Using Tourazi or submitting a request does not by itself confirm a reservation.
2. Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Google sign-in identifies your account; it does not verify the quality of a travel provider or guarantee a booking. You must be an adult authorised to enter into the relevant arrangements, or use the service through an authorised parent or guardian. Business users must be authorised to act for the organisation they represent.
3. Quotations, bookings and changes
Check dates, traveller details, accommodation, transport, included services, exclusions and the total price before accepting a quotation. Availability, taxes, supplier conditions and prices may change before confirmation. Changes to an itinerary may require a revised quotation and additional payment. Keep the final written confirmation and contact your agency if details are incorrect.
4. Payments, cancellations and refunds
The relevant quotation or booking confirmation should specify the payment schedule, cancellation terms and refund conditions. Confirm these with the provider before paying. Payment records, receipts and balances displayed in Tourazi reflect recorded transactions and are not an independent guarantee that a supplier has received or refunded money. Report discrepancies promptly. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the party responsible for the booking or payment, subject to applicable law and agreed terms. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy.
5. Responsibilities of travel businesses
Agencies, hotels and other providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and quotations, their permissions and qualifications to provide services, their booking commitments, and the lawful handling of traveller information. Staff should only access records required for their duties. Providers must communicate material itinerary or pricing changes to affected customers.
6. Acceptable use and submitted content
Do not submit false bookings, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, access another organisation’s records without permission, interfere with the service, or misuse personal or location information. Only upload information and materials you have permission to use. You retain rights in your content and permit Tourazi to process and display it as needed to provide the requested services.
7. Tracking and safety
Location accuracy and availability depend on device permissions, network coverage, device power and external services. Tracking can be delayed or unavailable. Tourazi is not an emergency response service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services and your travel provider directly. Protect shared tracking links and share them only with intended recipients.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information, Google sign-in data and location information. You must have appropriate authority to provide another person’s details or emergency contact information.
9. Service availability and restrictions
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the platform. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address security threats, misuse or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain restrictions and provide a way to contact support. You may request account closure through our support email; retention of related records is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Responsibility and applicable rights
Travel suppliers are responsible for their own services and booking obligations. OBIC Tech Pvt Ltd remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, supplier performance or the accuracy of information supplied by others. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes, questions and disputes
We may revise these terms and update the date shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Raise travel-service issues with the relevant provider and platform issues with info@tourazi.com. Include your booking reference where available and do not send passwords. We will seek to resolve reported issues; these terms do not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable law.
