Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Tourazi is operated by OBIC Tech Pvt Ltd. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our trip planning, quotation, booking management and trip tracking services at tourazi.com.
1. Information we handle
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number if provided, account identifiers and sign-in information.
- Travel information: destinations, dates, travellers, accommodation and transport preferences, activities, notes, enquiries and communications you submit.
- Booking and financial records: quotations, booking details, invoices, recorded payments and outstanding balances associated with your trip. Avoid entering card numbers or banking passwords in notes or messages.
- Location and safety information: location updates, check-ins and emergency contact details supplied when trip tracking or safety features are used.
- Technical information: session information, IP addresses, browser/device information and service logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the platform.
2. Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides identity information permitted by the sign-in permissions, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture where available. We use this information to authenticate you, create or identify your Tourazi account and display your account identity. Account details needed for sign-in are stored with your Tourazi account; authentication credentials and session information are processed to complete and maintain sign-in.
Tourazi does not receive your Google password. Basic Google sign-in does not provide access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts. Google identity information is used for account and service functions, not sold or used for advertising. Our handling of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
3. Facebook and Instagram (Social Studio)
Travel agencies can connect their Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to Tourazi Social Studio so that posts they approve are published at the time they choose. When an agency owner connects, Meta asks them which Pages and Instagram accounts to share and which permissions to grant. Tourazi receives only what is granted: the agency’s Facebook user name and identifier, the shared Page’s name, identifier and picture, the linked Instagram account’s username and identifier, and an access token that allows Tourazi to publish posts on that Page and Instagram account.
We use this access only to publish posts the agency has created and approved in Social Studio, and to show whether each post was published. We do not read private messages, comments or followers, we do not post anything the agency has not approved, and we do not sell or share this data. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shown in the browser.
An agency can press Disconnect in Social Studio at any time, which deletes the stored connection. You can also remove Tourazi in Facebook (Settings & privacy › Business integrations); when Meta tells us that access was removed or that you asked for deletion, we delete the stored connection data linked to your Facebook account and give you a confirmation code. Posts already published on your Page stay there, as they are your content on Facebook and Instagram. To ask about this, email info@tourazi.com.
4. Why information is used
We use information to manage accounts, prepare and exchange trip requests and quotations, coordinate bookings, keep payment records, provide requested trip tracking and safety functions, respond to support requests, maintain security and investigate errors or misuse. We may also retain or disclose records where required by applicable law.
5. Sharing and visibility
Trip requests and relevant contact or booking details are shared with agencies participating in your request or booking. Relevant trip details may be provided to assigned drivers, hotels and other service providers to arrange the services you request. Agency staff with appropriate access can manage related trip and financial records. Public enquiries or quotation requests may be visible to participating agencies according to the workflow you use.
Hosting, authentication, mapping and other technical service providers process information needed to deliver their functions. Information may also be disclosed to respond to lawful requests, protect people or investigate fraud. We do not sell Google user data. Agencies and travel suppliers may independently retain information they receive; their own privacy practices also apply.
6. Location and shared tracking links
Location features depend on device permissions and the feature you activate. Location updates can be visible to authorised trip users and agency staff. A person who receives a shared trip tracking link may be able to view the trip information and location made available through that link, and may forward it. Share these links only with trusted people. You can withdraw device location permission through your browser or device settings; this stops future location access but does not automatically delete previously recorded updates.
7. Cookies, device storage and external services
Session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage may retain drafts and interface preferences, including trip-builder drafts for up to 14 days. Clearing browser data can remove those drafts and sign you out. Pages using third-party maps or other externally hosted resources may send technical information such as your IP address to those providers when loaded. Google handles its sign-in service under its own privacy policy.
8. Storage, retention and security
Information is stored in the systems supporting Tourazi, including hosting and backup systems. Service providers may process data outside your country. We retain information for the period needed to operate your account and bookings, resolve disputes, maintain necessary financial records and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type and purpose of the record. Access controls and other safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and deletion requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@tourazi.com with the subject “Tourazi privacy request”. Include your account email and request, but never your password. We may ask you to verify ownership. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, financial records, security or unresolved disputes; we will explain relevant limitations. Backup copies may remain until normal backup replacement. We cannot automatically remove copies independently held by travel providers.
You can also remove Tourazi access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your Tourazi account or booking records. Available privacy rights depend on applicable law.
10. Children and other travellers
Accounts should be managed by adults. A parent, guardian or authorised trip organiser may provide details needed to arrange travel for a child or another traveller. Only submit information you are authorised to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. For privacy questions, contact OBIC Tech Pvt Ltd at info@tourazi.com.
